[1] Human-I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) shall collect personal information for the following purposes.
・To make appropriate recruitment decisions.

・To identify individuals when disclosing, revising or deleting information.

[2] Personal information obtained may be provided to a third party for the following purposes. The company will no provide personal information to a third party for any other reason without the consent of the individual concerned, except in the case of requests based on legal provisions or judicial proceedings.
○ Applicable Individuals: Individuals registered for human resource dispatch services and business contracting.
○Purpose of Provision: Personal information may be used jointly with group companies that have concluded Non-Disclosure Agreements in order to provide human resource services, including business contracting, human resource dispatching, fee-charging employment placement services, etc. Items provided are as follows.
・Name; date of birth; gender; points of contact, including address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.; other items of personal information listed on the registration card provided with the individual’s consent.

○Acquisition Method: Acquired from the registration card provided when registering at the Company.
In addition, the Company, which directly obtained the personal information, shall be the managing body for personal data that is to be jointly used.
[3] The Company shall not outsource personal information with which it has been entrusted.

[4] Provision of personal information to the Company is entirely volitional on the part of the individual. Accordingly, if the information requested by the Company is not provided, it may be impossible to make appropriate recruitment decisions or to contact the individual.

[5] If you wish to disclose, revise or delete personal information, please send a “Request for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information” to the Company by post.
